01 · What it takes

Different regulators, the same requirement

Every sector we work in has its own regulator, its own vocabulary and its own idea of a bad day. Underneath, the IT problems look remarkably similar.

Data has to be handled like it matters

Personal, financial and clinical data with classification, retention and access control that a regulator would recognise.

The evidence has to hold up under audit

Who had access, what changed, when it was patched and who approved it, produced on request rather than reconstructed afterwards.

Change control is not optional

Nothing moves without a plan, a window and a way back, because the alternative is a reportable event.

Downtime has a cost somebody can name

A trading floor, a checkout, a production line or a ward. When it stops, the number is known and it is not small.

Procurement gets scrutinised

Frameworks, supplier due diligence and certifications that are checked, not taken on trust.

Budgets are watched

Whether it is a grant, a public purse or a board, the spend has to be justified line by line and the value has to be visible.

02 · How we work

Evidence first, then everything else

The way we run an estate in a regulated sector is the way we run every estate. It is just that in these sectors, somebody checks.

01

Start from the evidence

Before anything changes we establish what is there, who has access to it and what the regulator expects to see. That baseline becomes the audit trail from day one.

02

Put change control in front of everything

A plan, a window and a way back for every change, with the approvals recorded. Nothing gets done on a Friday afternoon because somebody was passing.

03

Run it as one service

Support, security, cloud, Microsoft 365 and backup from the same named engineers, so nothing falls between two suppliers when the auditor asks who owns it.

04

Report in the regulator’s language

Access, patching, incidents and recovery tests, reported in a form you can hand over rather than translate.

05

Bring AI in only where it is governed

Automation and intelligence where they genuinely help, built on data that is classified and access that is controlled. Human led, AI augmented.

Work in a regulated sector?

Tell us who your regulator is and what your last audit asked for. We will show you the evidence we would produce, before you sign anything.

03 · What you get

What IT support looks like with us

Human led, AI augmented. People answer, and automation removes the repeat work behind them. Support, security, cloud and Microsoft 365 are run by the same named engineers.

Named engineers

A team you know by name, not a rota of strangers. They know your estate, your people and what has gone wrong before.

24/7 UK based cover

Monitoring and support around the clock from the UK, so an out of hours incident is handled rather than queued until the working week.

Causes fixed, not just tickets

Every repeat issue gets a root cause owner. That is how ticket volume comes down instead of creeping up year on year.

Security built in

Patching, endpoint protection and access control are part of IT support, not a separate line item you find out you never bought.

Reporting your board can read

Volumes, resolution times and the trend that matters, in language that does not need translating before the meeting.

Works alongside your team

Hand us the whole service desk, or use us to extend an internal team with specialist cover. The service is shaped around your structure, not ours.

04 · Case study

Switching provider, in practice

One engagement, start to finish: a provider switch done in a weekend, then the security work that followed.

Case study · Financial services

Managed IT and security transformation for a financial services organisation

An independent security review exposed unpatched systems, weak access controls and gaps in Microsoft 365, and real doubts about the incumbent provider. We moved the service across in a single weekend, then worked through a prioritised remediation programme.

The result

05 · Service levels

Response targets you can hold us to

Every ticket gets a priority when it is logged, and the priority sets the clock. These are the targets the service is measured against and reported on.

15 min

Response target

P1, critical

A whole site, a core system or a large group of people unable to work. Worked continuously until it is resolved.

30 min

Response target

P2, high

A key service degraded or a team blocked, with a workaround possible.

4 hrs

Response target

P3, medium

One person or one function affected, work continuing.

8 hrs

Response target

P4, low

Requests, changes and questions with no immediate impact. Eight business hours.

Resolution targets, the escalation route and what happens if we miss a target are written into the service agreement and reported against in the service review.

06 · What clients say

A genuine step up in service and support

We appointed InfraTech to take over our MSP contract at ALAIB, and the transition couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Will and Paul were exceptional throughout, both professional and easy to work with. They ensured minimal disruption while designing and delivering a simpler, more secure network tailored to our needs. It’s been a genuine step up in service and support.

Mark Burns

07 · Questions

Questions buyers actually ask

What happens on the free consultation?

One conversation, no obligation. Bring your current contract and your last quarter of tickets. We will tell you what we would change, what we would leave alone and what it would cost, and you can decide from there.

Do you replace our internal IT team or work alongside them?

Both models work. Some clients hand us the whole estate, others use us to extend an internal team with specialist capability such as cyber security or cloud. The service is shaped around your structure, not ours.

How quickly do you respond?

Every ticket gets a priority when it is logged, and the priority sets the clock. Response targets run from 15 minutes for a critical P1 issue to eight business hours for a routine request, and the service is measured and reported against them.

What does the service cover?

IT support is one part of a managed service that also covers cyber security, cloud, Microsoft 365, backup and disaster recovery and IT consulting. Take the lot, or the parts you are missing.

Where are you based?

We are based at 46 Park Place in Leeds city centre and serve organisations across Yorkshire and the UK. Being close matters: clients can sit down with the engineers who run their systems.

Can you produce the evidence our auditors ask for?

Yes. Because change control, access and patching are run properly every day, the audit trail already exists when somebody asks for it. Access, patching, incidents and recovery tests are reported in a form you can hand over rather than translate.

Work in a regulated sector? Let us show you the evidence

ISO 27001, ISO 9001, Cyber Essentials Plus and a place on the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) supplier list. Ask to see any of it. One conversation, no obligation.
