We tackle the toughest challenges in IT and AI, head on
InfraTech Systems is an AI and technology transformation consultancy and managed IT provider, based in Leeds and working across the UK and Europe. We help organisations turn business and digital transformation into something that actually runs, combining deep industry expertise with plain language rather than jargon, and keeping the estate steady while the change happens.

Practical, high-quality services that make a difference
Real-world expertise combined with integrity, clarity and a focus on what actually works. We would rather tell you something is not worth doing than sell you it.
- Fully accredited. Certified to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001, and holders of Cyber Essentials Plus. Held to the same standards we ask our clients to meet.
- Proven expertise. An approachable, knowledgeable team who handle the IT so you can get on with running the business.
- People-first culture. We care about our customers and our own team. Relationships built on trust and collaboration produce better work than a service level agreement ever will.
- Collaborative partnerships. We listen to the goals and the constraints, then build a strategy that fits your organisation rather than our standard offering.
- Results that matter. Measurable improvements in how the business performs, not activity reports that describe how busy everyone has been.
- Committed to sustainability. Helping clients reduce environmental impact through energy-efficient IT, with our own Carbon Reduction Plan published rather than promised.
Meet our leadership team
Small enough that you will know who is looking after you, experienced enough that they have seen it before.
Who we have worked with
Our consultants have worked with clients across a wide range of industries.
Private sector. Financial services, retail, insurance, manufacturing and charity.
Public sector. Major infrastructure projects with the NHS, Transport for London, UK Asset Resolution, the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme and a number of central government departments.
We list the sectors we have actually delivered in. Where we think AI or modern IT would solve a problem in an industry we have not worked in yet, we will say that plainly rather than dress it up as experience.
Let us do it together
Whether it is the day-to-day IT, a decision that keeps getting deferred or working out where AI genuinely fits, start with one conversation and no obligation.
