1,300 staff working from home, in a matter of days
When the Covid-19 work from home mandate arrived, a major financial services organisation had to move around 1,300 staff to home working at once, including contact centre teams who relied on office-based access to the corporate phone system.
We scaled its existing remote access, put contact centre staff on softphones and fast-tracked two-factor authentication. Remote working was live for 1,300 users in a matter of days.
